Our story began in 1992 at Francs in Altrincham, where we spent over 25 wonderful years running the restaurant and helping young chefs and managers grow in their careers. Later, our catering business allowed us to share our passion for exceptional food with clients across the UK.

Now, with The Pavilion by Francs, we’re bringing our love for great food and hospitality into a fresh new space. We source locally, cook with natural ingredients, and ensure every dish – no matter the dietary requirement – is full of flavour and care.
